We want you to love your T-Drip gear. If something’s off, here’s how we handle it:

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll work with Printify to issue a replacement or refund.

2. Returns

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or change of mind. Please double-check sizing before purchase.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear.
